Tottenham Hotspur attacker Richarlison has been pictured leaving the stadium on crutches following Spurs' 2-0 win over Everton in the Premier League.
Antonio Conte's side moved level on points with second-placed Manchester City in the table as Harry Kane and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg struck in the second half against Frank Lampard's side.
With Dejan Kulusevski once again absent due to a hamstring injury, Richarlison was given the nod to join Kane and Son Heung-min in the final third against his former club.
However, the Brazil international went down clutching his calf with 50 minutes gone at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and he was replaced by Yves Bissouma.
Richarlison came through the mixed section after the game, and he was seen donning crutches in another attacking injury blow for the North London club.

Richarlison is also alleged to have been in tears, with the striker fearing that his injury could potentially threaten his participation at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Conte was inevitably asked about Richarlison's condition in his post-match press conference, and while he was unable to give a timeframe on his layoff, the 25-year-old will definitely miss Wednesday's clash with Manchester United.
"Yeah for sure he's out against Manchester United, for sure. He felt something in his calf and he won't be available for that game," Conte told reporters.
"I don't know but I think he needs a bit of time to recover. It's a pity because we are talking about a player that gives us a lot of quality but at the same time also is strong and he improves our intensity.
"The problem with Kulusevski also needs time to recover. Fingers crossed for the next games because we have to play many many games in a short period.
"If you have the squad penalised with injuries it becomes a bit difficult but today we showed that we are ready to overcome every difficulty."

Tottenham have closed the gap to Arsenal to one point before the league leaders take on Leeds United on Sunday afternoon, with Kane blasting home a penalty before Hojbjerg's late effort deflected off of Alex Iwobi into the back of the net.
Hojbjerg's midfield partner Rodrigo Bentancur surged up the pitch to assist his teammate in the 86th minute, and Conte was left delighted with the intensity that his side displayed right until the final whistle.
"I was not surprised but for sure to see the intensity that we played with tonight in this game it was for me really positive because it means that if you work and you work in the right way then the performance of your players is always up," Conte added.
"We played only two days and a half ago but I have seen my players run from the start to the end, to press and show high intensity.
"I'm really delighted, especially for the players because these performances are repaying the effort that they put in every day that they do in the training session."
With Richarlison and Kulusevski both taking up spots in the medical bay, Bissouma will endeavour to return to the Tottenham XI in a 3-5-2 when the Lilywhites travel to Old Trafford on Wednesday evening.
