Team News: One change apiece for Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United

West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur make one change apiece to their starting lineup for today's clash at Upton Park.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood has made one change to his side for today's visit to Upton Park.

Gylfi Sigurdsson is recalled to the starting lineup in place of Nacer Chadli for a Spurs side who are looking to make it three wins on the bounce.

Meanwhile, West Ham United have also made one change to the side which lost 1-0 against West Bromwich Albion last time out, as Matt Taylor returns with Matt Jarvis dropping to the bench.

James Tomkins, who limped off in that defeat at The Hawthorns, is fit enough to start.
