Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho heading for Corinthians return?

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho is understood to be heading for a move back to former club Corinthians.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho is reportedly close to joining former club Corinthians.

The 26-year-old has struggled for first-team action at White Hart Lane this season, making just 14 appearances in the Premier League.

The Brazilian joined Spurs from Corinthians for £17m in summer 2013.

He could now be heading back to South America as Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino prepares to offload a number of players in the summer, according to The Mirror.

Juventus, Inter Milan and Sao Paulo are among the clubs to have been linked with Paulinho in the past 12 months.
