Report: Monchi to leave Sevilla

A report claims that Sevilla sporting director Monchi will leave his position at the end of the season to join either Barcelona, Bayern Munich or Tottenham Hotspur.

Sevilla sporting director Monchi will reportedly leave his position with the Spanish club when his contract expires at the end of this season.

The Spaniard is highly regarded around Europe, with a number of clubs believed to be interested in acquiring his services.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur all want Monchi to oversee proceedings at their clubs.

It is understood that the sporting director favours a move to Barcelona, but Bayern have also expressed a strong interest.
