Report: Tottenham Hotspur want Laurent Depoitre

A report claims that Gent forward Laurent Depoitre is a transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing Gent forward Laurent Depoitre in the January transfer window.

The 26-year-old netted 14 times in 40 games for his Belgian club last season having made the move from KV Oostende.

A number of clubs are believed to be monitoring his performances, but according to RTL, Spurs are prepared to make an offer when the winter window opens.

Spurs are expected to be active in the January window and are also said to be preparing to renew their interest in West Bromwich Albion' Saido Berahino.
