Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly preparing a £13m bid for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Adrien Silva.
The 27-year-old, who came through the youth system at Sporting, was part of the Portugal squad that triumphed at the European Championships in France earlier this summer.
It is understood that Silva's performances at Euro 2016 attracted a host of attention and according to The Sun, Spurs want to bring the central midfielder to the Premier League in this transfer window.
Silva, who scored eight times in 31 appearances for Sporting last term, is believed to have trained with Tottenham's London rivals Chelsea at the age of 15.
