Tottenham Hotspur have put contract talks with Harry Kane and Son Heung-min on hold, according to a report.
The attacking pair have been in sensational form for Spurs this season, scoring and assisting a combined 38 Premier League goals in 16 matches.
Son has two-and-a-half years to run on his existing deal, while Kane is under contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium until 2024.
Spurs were said to be keen to tie both players down to fresh terms to bring their wages in line with the division's other top earners.
However, the Evening Standard claims that all non-urgent contract talks have been put on hold by Tottenham as the club's financial outlook remains unclear.
That means discussions with captain Hugo Lloris, due to become a free agent in 18 months, have also been shelved for the time being.
Spurs posted a £63.9m loss for the last financial year, compared to a profit of £68.6m in the previous 12 months.
