Stoke City have reportedly maintained an interest in signing Saido Berahino during the January transfer window.
During the summer, the Potters made several attempts to sign the West Bromwich Albion forward, who was said to be unhappy at The Hawthorns.
Berahino made the decision to spend another season in the West Midlands but according to The Sun, that has not stopped Mark Hughes from planning another move for the 23-year-old.
It has been claimed that Stoke would be prepared to pay £12m for Berahino, whose contract at the Baggies runs out at the end of the season.
He has made just five appearances for West Brom during the current campaign, the last of which came on September 10 as he fell out of favour with Tony Pulis.
Berahino has recently spent time in France after being advised by the club to work on his fitness.
