Billy Jones: 'West Bromwich Albion can't dwell on defeats'

Billy Jones urges his West Bromwich Albion teammates not to dwell on their recent run of three consecutive defeats in the Premier League.

West Bromwich Albion defender Billy Jones has urged his teammates not to dwell on their recent defeats ahead of a busy Christmas period.

The Baggies are currently two points above the relegation zone in the Premier League thanks to a disappointing run of three losses in a row.

However, Jones believes that the squad must start looking forward if they are to climb up the table in the coming weeks.

"We're going into games thick and fast now so we can't dwell on it too long," he told the Birmingham Mail.

"We know we have to improve our team performance and not think about the past and how many points we should be on if we had not had bad decisions or hard luck at times."

West Brom return to Premier League action on Saturday when they travel to fellow strugglers Cardiff City.
