Wolverhampton Wanderers duo Ethan Ebanks-Landell, Dominic Iorfa sign new deals

Wolves pair Ethan Ebanks-Landell and Dominic Iorfa pen contract extensions with the Championship club.

Wolverhampton Wanderers duo Ethan Ebanks-Landell and Dominic Iorfa have signed new contracts with the Championship club.

The pair have extended their stays at Molineux until summer 2017, while Wolves have the option to extend those deals by a further 12 months.

Ebanks-Landell, 22, and 19-year-old Iorfa have both enjoyed spells in the first team this season after graduating from the club's academy.

"It is good news for the club and they are both good young players," manager Kenny Jackett told Wolves' official website. "They have power, athleticism and composure on the ball and you need all of that in this division. Young players here know that if they do well there is the chance to win first team places and new contracts."

Wolves return to Championship action on Sunday when they face Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.
