Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth insists that the club had "no intention" of selling goalkeeper Matt Ingram on deadline day.
The 21-year-old had been linked to a number of clubs throughout January, but the League Two outfit rejected any approach for him.
"We never had any intentions of selling Matt," Ainsworth told the club's official website.
"He's a hugely important member of the squad and he's committed to the long-term plan which we have to stabilise and then grow the club."
Ingram was shortlisted for the January's League Two Player of the Month award, after conceding one goal in five games.
