Ferrari broke the six-hour curfew set by the FIA for a second consecutive day at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as they try to improve Fernando Alonso's chances of challenging Sebastian Vettel.
The Italian team were said to be within the confines of the circuit between the hours of 4am and 10am on both Friday and Saturday in the United Arab Emirates.
Ferrari had not broken the curfew all season beforehand and they are allowed to do so on four occasions before they are penalised.
Red Bull's Vettel currently leads Alonso by 13 points with just three races to go.
