Lotus team principal Eric Boullier has revealed that the team could make a decision on their lineup for next season next week.
Boullier, when asked whether Felipe Massa or Nico Hulkenberg are being considered, confirmed that one of the two was on the list and that they are also talking to Pastor Maldonado.
"Hopefully [we will make the decision] in a few days," Sky Sports News quotes Boullier as saying. "We only need one more driver. Romain Grosjean has a contract for next year already and it is just a matter of confirmation. We are being prudent after last year, but I think he is on his way to big confidence.
"We are now down to a couple of options and we are waiting now on the decision. [Yes], we are in discussions with Maldonado."
Lotus are currently fourth in the constructors' standings.
