Jenson Button has claimed that he can still win the World Drivers' Championship after his win in the Hungarian Grand Prix on Sunday.
The McLaren driver, who beat current world champion Sebastian Vettel to victory at the Hungaroring, is now 100 points behind the German at the top of the current World Championship standings.
"You never know. If [Vettel] has a crash, loses 25 points and our pace is as it is now, it is going to be a phenomenal end to the season," Button said.
"As a team we are making the right calls and we are up there with [Red Bull]. In qualification they still have the edge but in the race we can have them."
The Formula One season takes a short break ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix on Sunday, August 28.
