Reigning World Champion Sebastian Vettel has won his ninth race of the season in Singapore this afternoon.
However, Jenson Button's second-placed finish means that the German driver will have to wait another race at least until he can secure his second successive Championship.
Red Bull driver Vettel, who started the race in pole position, finished the 61-lap race 1.7 seconds ahead of McLaren's Button.
Vettel's teammate Mark Webber took the final podium position, just ahead of Ferrari's Fernando Alonso.
Lewis Hamilton finished in fifth after being forced to pit following a lap 12 collision with Felipe Massa, a clash which meant the Brazilian could only manage a ninth place finish.
