Padraig Harrington has claimed that he will not be too disappointed if he does not qualify for the World Tour Championship as he is eager for a break.
The Irishman is likely to need to finish in the top 10 of the Turkish Airlines Open if he is to secure a spot in next week's competition.
However, when asked if it would be a big blow to not appear in Dubai, Harrington replied: "Sorry to say not at all. I need the week and I need a break.
"I'm trying to make it and I'd love to be there, but bear in mind anybody who just scrambles in gets an early tee time the first day and it's nearly impossible to come out of the early tee times next week."
Harrington is currently tied for 40th after three rounds in the Turkish Open.
