Singapore, Sri Lanka qualify for Netball World Cup 2015

Singapore and Sri Lanka qualify for the 2015 Netball World Cup in Australia after reaching the final of the Asian Netball Championship.

Both Singapore and Sri Lanka have booked their place at next year's Netball World Cup.

The two sides earned their spot at the tournament in Australia after making their way to the final of the Asian Netball Championship.

A repeat of the 2012 final will take place after Sri Lanka beat Hong Kong 57-42, while Singapore made it into the gold-medal match with a 46-39 triumph over Malaysia.

Goal shooter Charmaine Soh scored 28 for Singapore against Malaysia on Saturday, while co vice-captain Chen Huifen contributed 18 points.
