Approximately 2,000 Ajax supporters are seemingly ready to attend the Football League Trophy fixture between Leyton Orient and Brighton & Hove Albion Under-21s.
With Ajax being scheduled to face Chelsea on November 5, thousands of fans have already made plans to travel to London for the Champions League encounter at Stamford Bridge.
However, due to a number of incidents which occurred on their previous trip to Valencia, Ajax have been banned from selling tickets to their supporters for the contest with the Premier League side.
Followers of the Eredivisie outfit are now looking for a new match to attend, with the meeting between the League Two team and a second-string Seagulls side being identified as their preferred fixture.
AS claims that the idea has been warmly received by Orient, who were initially expecting a crowd of under 1,000 at Brisbane Road.
