Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has taken to Twitter to deny that he has had an affair after he was pictured in his underwear in a hotel room.
After the allegations appeared in The Sun last week, the Frenchman was quick to release an apology, writing on Twitter that he was prepared to "fight" for forgiveness.
However, in another tweet on Tuesday night Giroud denied that he had committed adultery.
Ultimate precision with respect to my apologies...Yes I made a mistake but not I have not committed adultery! Things are clear...

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that the issue is being dealt with "internally".
