Juventus striker Carlos Tevez and his family spent a day in the company of Pope Francis at the Vatican.
The Argentina international is said to have discussed a number of issues surrounding his home city of Buenos Aires, where the Pope is also from.
Following the visit, Tevez wrote on Twitter: "Thank you Holy Father for welcoming my family. I'm proud that you're Argentine, and above all that you're so humble."
The former Manchester City striker also posted a photo of himself and his family with Pope Francis on the social networking website.
