Manchester City star Sergio Aguero made sure that medics were alerted to an Everton fan having an epileptic fit during Sunday's Premier League clash at Goodison Park.
The Argentine notified the referee when he spotted the stricken supporter in the front row while he was awaiting a corner kick.
Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard and teammate Seamus Coleman also told the officials that the fan was in need of medical attention during the match, which ended in a 2-0 win for City.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the Everton fan received treatment after being stretchered off the pitch, and as a precaution, was taken to a local hospital.
After the match, Aguero tweeted: "Regarding notifying about the supporter who became indisposed, I just did what anyone would have. I was worried but I found out that he was luckily treated in time and is well. My best wishes on his recovery."
Aguero has scored one goal in three Premier League games for City this season.
