Manchester City assistant manager David Platt has adopted the same habit as Roberto Mancini by cycling into training.
The Italian boss regularly gets on his custom-made £2,500 Prestigo bike, which is painted blue with the club's crest, as opposed to driving to the North-West side's training base.
Now, it appears that Platt has also started to leave his car behind by arriving for training yesterday io a Cannondale bike 30 minutes before his colleague, according to the Daily Mail.
Platt also replaced the Premier League-winning manager for City's press conference ahead of tonight's clash against Wigan Athletic.
