Rio Ferdinand has been mocked by former Manchester United teammate Cristiano Ronaldo after posting his latest workout regime on Instagram.
The England international was filmed performing "bear crawls" with a weight in each hand, which is designed to build upper body strength.
Ronaldo, who spent six years with Ferdinand at Old Trafford before departing in 2009, was seemingly unimpressed by what he saw, however, and was quick to grill his close friend.

"wtf is that ??????," the Portuguese replied to the video, in which Ferdinand later responded: "you need this in your life....you need the back and core strong at your age now!! I wish i done this stuff when i played!"
Ronaldo has hit the ground running for Madrid once again this season, scoring three goals and laying on one assist in his first six games since returning from injury.
