Everton striker Wayne Rooney wasted no time in throwing a jibe at his former Liverpool rival Jamie Carragher during a punditry stint for Sky Sports.
The 32-year-old, who spent 13 years at Manchester United before rejoining his boyhood club in 2017, was the guest pundit on Monday Night Football.
The former England captain was invited into the studio to work alongside Carragher and deliver his thoughts on the Premier League clash between Chelsea and Watford.
After being introduced by main anchor David Jones, Rooney said: "It's great to be here. It's probably the closest Carra has ever got to me."
The forward last featured for Everton in the team's 2-1 victory over Leicester City at the end of January.
