The escort who bedded Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has revealed that the England international got "emotionally involved".

Jenny Thompson, who is alleged to have received £1,200 from her sessions with the 27-year-old four years ago, has written her side of the events in ebook Bang To Writes.

According to the Daily Star, in the memoirs, Thompson claims that Rooney would text her at "unusual times" and developed feelings for the escort, despite being in a relationship with wife Coleen.

Rooney has two sons with Coleen, who has been in a relationship with the striker since their teen years.
