The Dallaglio Foundation Rugby for Change has been backed by the broadcasters in their 'Supporters Club' initiative, which helps charities in the UK and overseas.
In the documentary, Dallaglio highlights how rugby can help troubled teenagers in London get their life on track and help with confidence.
BT Sport allows customers to donate money to the 'Supporters Club' through their monthly bill.
