Television presenter Gabby Logan has described Wimbledon champion Andy Murray as the "most miserable bastard [she's] ever met" after she interviewed him in 2012.
The 40-year-old was speaking at Leeds Trinity University when she joked about the Scotsman's demeanour after losing the mixed doubles final at the London Olympic Games.
"I was a big fan. Then at the Olympics he had just won a silver with Laura Robson and he was the moodiest, most miserable bastard I've ever met in my life, because he only won a silver," the Daily Mail quotes Logan as saying. "If I wasn't on live telly I'd have gone 'cheer up'."
Logan also poked fun at her fellow BBC presenter Gary Lineker by describing him as a "crisp salesman" - referring to the retired footballer's partnership with Walkers Crisps.
