Rafael Nadal reveals that he has been spending time with his family while preparing for a return to the court following a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Former world number one Rafael Nadal has revealed that he prefers to spend time with his family when off the court.

The Spaniard has been preparing to return to action following a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to fitness issues.

The 26-year-old posted a message on his official Facebook page claiming that he has been enjoying time with his close family during his period away from the court.

Nadal, whose last match was a second-round defeat at Wimbledon, is expected to make his return at the ATP World Tour Championship finals.
