Former England cricketer Graeme Swann has put his six-bedroom Lincolnshire home on the market for a price of £1.2m.
The property, which Swann and his wife Sarah had built from scratch, contains a games room, cinema and has been fitted with soundproof walls.
According to the Daily Mail, Swann currently lives in the home in Cayhthorpe, but is looking to move to West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire to be closer to the couple's friends.
Alexanders estate agents managing director James Kirk is quoted as saying: "Graeme and Sarah are friends of mine and it was at their wedding Graeme said he wanted to find a site to build a dream home for himself and Sarah."
The home was built and completed in 2012.
