Real Madrid and Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo spends 'Children's Day' with his son ahead of the World Cup in Brazil.

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has given fans a glimpse into his life as a father by posting a photo alongside his son.

The three-year-old, whose name is Cristiano Jnr, has been kept away from the spotlight after Ronaldo announced that he had a child in July 2010.

Before the Ballon d'Or winner travels to Brazil with Portugal for the World Cup later this month, Ronaldo tweeted an image of himself and his son relaxing on 'Children's Day'.

The 29-year-old, who is in a relationship with model Irina Shayk, missed Portugal's friendly against Greece on Saturday with a thigh problem.
