The Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham will host Great Britain's Davis Cup tie with Japan in March.

Great Britain will play their opening Davis Cup fixture of 2016 at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham.

Leon Smith's team will host Japan in the World Group tie between March 4 and March 6, although it is currently unknown whether the squad will go into the match as holders or runners-up of the competition.

Great Britain are scheduled to travel to Ghent to face Belgium in the Davis Cup final next week, with the first two singles rubbers taking place on Friday.

On Tuesday, Smith announced a five-man team, which is headed by Andy Murray, for the match.
