Nikolay Davydenko will fight for a place in the Qatar Open final in Doha after defeating Simone Bolelli 6-1 6-1.
Davydenko managed to book his place in the semi-finals of the tournament without much challenge from his opponent, who could only put one game on the board in the first set.
After clinching the first set with ease, Davydenko continued to dominate the course with powerful serves and strong forehands to snatch the first break of the second set.
Bolelli was unable to come back from the deficit and allowed Davydenko to grab a place in the semi-finals in just 50 minutes.
