Great Britain men's curling skip David Murdoch has admitted that he has "unfinished business" in the Winter Olympics after being frustrated by past failures.
Murdoch was part of the Team GB side that was knocked out of the semi-finals in 2006 and also part of the side that failed to progress from the round-robin stage four years ago.
He told reporters: "There is unfinished business for me in the Olympics and the couple of near misses we've had. Last time, in Vancouver, we were world champions and we just didn't have a good week.
"And in Turin eight years ago, we were one inch from being in the final and then missed out on the bronze medal by about a foot. It was heartbreaking."
Team GB face Sweden in the last four of the competition, after beating Norway in their playoff clash on Tuesday.
