Great Britain men's curling skip David Murdoch has revealed that he and his teammates had a long conversation about the level of their performance in their narrow win over Germany.
Team GB trailed 3-1 after four ends against the Germans, but came back to win 7-6. They backed up that victory with their second win in a row with a 4-2 triumph over Switzerland on Wednesday.
Murdoch told Team GB's official website: "We talked about the last five against Germany afterwards and that was the response we wanted to see from the team.
"It wasn't overly serious because we had won, we weren't beating ourselves up, we were just trying to see why the engine wasn't running on full cylinders for most of the first three games."
Murdoch's side face the USA later today in their fifth match of the Games.
