WWE superstar CM Punk is reportedly expected to appear on RAW on Monday night, which takes place in his hometown of Chicago.
Punk walked out on the company five weeks ago after reportedly being unhappy with his creative direction heading into Wrestlemania XXX, and it was believed that the former WWE champion would sit out the remainder of his contract, which expires in July.
However, according to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, he has been informed by "one of the biggest names in the business" that the 35-year-old is likely to feature on RAW, which will likely lay the foundations for a major role at Wrestlemania next month.
Punk could potentially be added to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout between Randy Orton and Batista, or he could be placed into a feud with Triple H, which was reportedly the plan before his self-imposed absence.
