Former WWE champion Rob Van Dam is apparently in talks over returning for WrestleMania XXX.
After six years, the 43-year-old rejoined the company in June on a part-time contract which would involve him having equal time in and away from the ring.
He was last seen on WWE television in September, and according to a report, plans are being made for the 'Mr. Pay-Per-View' to make another comeback at The Showcase of the Immortals on April 6.
PWInsider claims: "Rob Van Dam will be returning to WWE Wrestlemania weekend... WWE has booked travel for RVD and he will be with the company that weekend, so his return to television is imminent."
With most of the Mania card now in place, it is anticipated that Van Dam would be a surprise entrant into the 30-man Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, should he be involved in a wrestling capacity.
