Team News: Danny Rose recalled to Tottenham Hotspur starting lineup

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino hands a recall to Danny Rose for the Premier League clash with Leicester City.

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Mauricio Pochettino has handed a recall to Danny Rose for the Premier League clash with Leicester City.

After Spurs could only draw with West Bromwich Albion at the weekend, Pochettino has decided to make a total of four changes, but the selection of Rose is the most notable call with the left wing-back having remained on the fringes of the squad in recent weeks.

Serge Aurier, Mousa Dembele and Moussa Sissoko have also been given a start by Pochettino, with Kieran Tripper, Ben Davies and Harry Winks all dropping out.

As for Leicester, Claude Puel has opted to make two alterations to the team which earned a point from their clash with West Ham United at the London Stadium.

Ben Chilwell and Shinji Okazaki have both come into the team, with Christian Fuchs missing out due to the birth of his child and Demarai Gray dropping down to the bench.

Leicester City: Schmeichel; Simpson, Morgan, Maguire, Chilwell; Iborra, Ndidi, Mahrez, Albrighton, Okazaki; Vardy
Subs: Hamer, Amartey, Dragovic, King, Choudhury, Gray, Slimani

Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris; Dier, Sanchez, Vertonghen; Aurier, Dembele, Sissoko, Rose; Eriksen, Dele, Kane
Subs: Vorm, Davies, Foyth, Trippier, Lamela, Son, Llorente
