The Arizona Cardinals have confirmed that they have signed tight end Jermaine Gresham on a one-year deal.
The 27-year-old was available on the free agent market after he was allowed to leave the Cincinnati Bengals at the end of the 2014 season.
A herniated disc prevented the tight end from signing with teams earlier in the off-season, but he has now proved his fitness to Bruce Arians and the Cardinals to secure a one-year contract at the NFC West side.
Gresham has recorded 280 receptions for 2,722 yards and 24 touchdowns in his five years in the NFL.
