Report: Jairus Byrd open to trade away from Buffalo Bills

Buffalo Bills safety Jairus Byrd is reportedly open to a trade which would see him leave the AFC East side.

Jairus Byrd has indicated that he would be open to a move away from the Buffalo Bills, according to reports.

The safety finally signed his franchise tender earlier this week, ensuring that he remains under contract with the team for the coming season.

However, NFL.com reports that "ill will" remains between Byrd and the AFC East side, and that he would consider leaving Buffalo as part of a trade deal.

Byrd is expected to practise with the team later this week.
