Brian Orakpo open to Dallas Cowboys move

Brian Orakpo insists that he wouldn't rule out a move to the Dallas Cowboys as he looks ahead to becoming a free agent.

Washington Redskins star Brian Orakpo has revealed that if he leaves the franchise this summer, he would be open to a switch to the Dallas Cowboys.

Orakpo missed nine games of the 2014 season due to three pectoral injuries, and they have left a question mark over his future in Washington.

The 28-year-old will become a free agent for the first time in his six-year career on Tuesday, and revealed that he wouldn't say no to a move to Dallas.

"I wouldn't mind it, I wouldn't mind it," he said, NFL.com reports.

"I mean, I know it's been a big rivalry for years, but I'm a Texas boy man, so I wouldn't mind it."

Orakpo didn't rule out a new deal with the Redskins either, but it is reported that the organisation will not be offering him a new deal.
