Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has insisted that his side should not panic despite losing their first home game of the season.
The Seahawks sustained a 17-10 loss to the Arizona Cardinals as they missed their chance to wrap up the number one seed in the NFC playoff race.
Their failure last week has now allowed the possibility of the San Francisco 49ers being able to snatch it up on Sunday.
"Don't go all crazy on us now," Carroll told reporters. "We've had a terrific season."
Seattle are 12-3 in their campaign going into their week 17 clash against the St Louis Rams.
