Defending champion Wilson Kipsang will go head to head with world record holder Dennis Kimetto at this year's London Marathon.
The two Kenyan athletes train with each other in Itan, but the race in April will be the first time that they have competed against each other over 26.2 miles.
Kipsang will be seeking his third title in England's capital after winning in 2012 and 2014, while Kimetto will be targeting a new world record after breaking the previous best time at the Berlin Marathon in September.
2011 champion Emmanuel Mutai and 5,000m and 10,000m world record holder Kenenisa Bekele will also take part in the race.
