Houston Rockets head coach Kevin McHale has confirmed that Dwight Howard is taking part in light training once again following his recent injury problems.
Howard hasn't played since the end of January due to excess fluid in his right knee, and it was revealed last month that the center could miss up to six weeks after a bone marrow aspirate injection.
"He is starting to do a combination of treadmill and floor stuff, which is a good sign," McHale told reporters. "They're going slow. They want to make sure that they have a handle on it."
Howard, who is averaging 16.3 points and 11 rebounds per game, is expected to return before the end of the regular season.
