Joel Anthony has claimed that he would like to retire with NBA champions Miami Heat.
The 31-year-old, who averaged just nine minutes per game in the regular season during the title-winning campaign, claims that he has no interested in joining a new team in the future.
"Of course I want to retire with Miami," the Canadian told reporters at the FIBA Americas Championship in Venezuela.
"It's the team that gave me the opportunity, the team that I've played my six years on in the NBA and there's no reason for me to leave."
Anthony has appeared 370 times in the NBA since joining the Heat in 2007.
