Cuba's Yasnier Toledo Lopez has booked his place in the last four of the lightweight class with an eight-point victory over Kazakhstan's Gani Zhailauov.
Toledo made the better start to the fight and Zhailauov was finding it hard to pin him down. The Cuban had edged himself into a two-point lead after the first round.
The Kazakh did all the running in the second round, but to little effect, as he fell another point further behind.
Zhailauov was beaten to the punch time and time again. The referee intervened when Toledo interrupted a burst with a rapid counter-punch.
The Cuban wrapped up a 19-11 win in the final round.
