British welterweight Kell Brook has vowed to make a statement with a strong performance against Vyacheslav Senchenko on Saturday night.
The two will face each other in a final eliminator for Devon Alexander's IBF title, and Brook has insisted that his power will be too much for his Ukrainian opponent.
The 27-year-old told Sky Sports News: "After the first round, he is going to know that he is in the ring with an animal. He will know that I mean serious business.
"He's a former world champion, but when he feels me and my presence in that first round, he will know that he is in with a monster."
Brook is unbeaten in 30 fights, while Senchenko has won 33 times in 34 encounters, including a stoppage victory over Ricky Hatton.
