Dereck Chisora has been released without charge after being held overnight by German police on suspicion of assault and grievious bodily harm.
The British boxer was apprehended in Munich last night after a scuffle with former WBA heavyweight champion David Haye.
The incident occurred at a post-match press conference following Chisora's points defeat to Vitali Klitschko in his WBC heavyweight title clash.
Punches were thrown by both men, with Haye's trainer Adam Booth suffering a cut to the head.
German police released Chisora this afternoon but have confirmed that they plan to question Haye about the incident.
