Arsene Wenger hails two-goal Alexis Sanchez

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger describes Alexis Sanchez as "one of the best players" following his two goals in the 3-0 victory over Stoke City.

Arsene Wenger has praised the contribution that Alexis Sanchez made during Arsenal's 3-0 victory over Stoke City this afternoon.

The summer signing from Barcelona assisted the opening goal for Laurent Koscielny, before going on to score his side's second and third.

"Alexis Sanchez is one of the best players. He's a fighter with a combination of talent and fighting spirit which is very difficult to find," Wenger told BBC Sport after the final whistle.

"He plays with passion and you want people to enjoy what they're doing on the pitch and show it as well."

Sanchez has scored 18 goals in all competitions for the Gunners this season.
