Arsenal leading Real Madrid in race for Marc Roca?

Arsenal are reportedly leading Real Madrid and AC Milan in the race to sign Marc Roca this summer, with the midfielder expected to leave Espanyol.

Arsenal are reportedly leading the race to sign Espanyol midfielder Marc Roca this summer.

The 23-year-old, who is currently fighting relegation with the Catalan club, is set to leave this year - with AC Milan, Real Madrid and Arsenal all credited with an interest in the Spaniard.

However, according to Milan News, the Gunners are firm favourites to sign Roca - and Mikel Arteta wants to bring him to London.

With Espanyol possible contenders for relegation this season, Roca could leave the club at a lower price than his £40m release clause.

Prior to the breakout of COVID-19, Roca managed two league goals for the White and Blues.
