Laurent Koscielny 'forced to train with kids'

Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny will be forced to train with the club's youth team, according to a report.

Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny will reportedly be forced to train with the club's youth team amid the speculation surrounding his future at the Emirates Stadium.

Koscielny refused to link up with the Arsenal squad on their pre-season tour of the United States as he looks for a move away from the club ahead of the 2019-20 campaign.

Rennes had been linked with a swoop for the 33-year-old, although their president Olivier Letang has since denied that an agreement has been reached to sign the former France international.

According to The Mirror, despite the fact that Arsenal's first-team squad have now returned from the United States, Koscielny will be forced to train with the kids due to his recent conduct.

Koscielny, who will see his contract at the Emirates Stadium expire next summer, made 29 appearances for the Gunners last term after recovering from an Achilles injury.

Unai Emery's side will continue their preparations for the new campaign against Lyon on home soil this weekend.
